GQ magazine has released its list of the "25 Coolest Athletes of All Time." So what exactly constitutes "cool?" In addition to making their presence known on the field, on the court or in the ring, these sports icons possess "grace, style and swagger," qualities that have made them a huge hit among fans.
The magazine's February issue has nine different covers featuring athletes from Joe Namath to Michael Jordan, and seven others who have snagged a spot on the top 25 list. Fans can pick up a copy on stands now to check out photos of the sports stars past and present. Also included is commentary from family and friends, who share their thoughts on why these guys deserve to be classified as the "coolest."

GQ magazine, along with sponsors Cadillac and LACOSTE will kick off Super Bowl XLV by celebrating the "Coolest Athletes of All Time" at a VIP party Friday, February 4th in Dallas. Hosted by Andy Roddick, the event will be invitation-only.
